Returns and Exchanges
Most pieces at JaneFinds are one of one, authenticated and photographed against their listing before they ship. Returns are limited by design, and the terms below apply exactly as written.
Final Sale
Pristine and Store Fresh
Pieces sold in immaculate, like-new condition are not eligible for return or refund.
Customized pieces
All hand-painted bags and bespoke, custom-made orders are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Eligibility
For all other pieces, a return may be considered under these conditions:
Timely request
Your return request must reach us within 24 hours of delivery.
Security tag intact
The security tag must remain attached and undisturbed. A removed or tampered tag makes the piece ineligible for return.
Original condition
The piece must come back in exactly the condition it was sold, with no signs of use, wear, or alteration.
Complete return
All original accessories, documentation, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.
Inspection and Approval
Every return request is subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to deny any return if the piece shows evidence of use or does not meet the conditions above. Should a return be approved, a standard 5% restocking fee applies.
