Bleu Royal forms the body in saturated royal blue, the Epsom grain holding the color flat across the surface so the marquetry reads clean against it. Nata renders the splayed feet and the mitten hands in cream. A warm caramel-tan fills the pixelated mouth. Noir sits behind the cutouts that form the eyes, giving them depth rather than flatness. Against the neutral-bodied Picto colorways, where the accents register as tonal shifts, the saturated ground here turns them into graphic punctuation.

The format follows the Picto specification introduced for Spring/Summer 2022. A removable shoulder strap and a detachable pouch sized for a phone attach to the body, which moves the model out of pure objet territory and into something that can be worn. The sangles read as arms, the turn-lock as a nose, the flap cutouts as eyes. That is the joke Jean-Louis Dumas made in 2000 with the original Quelle Idole, rebuilt here in pixels.
