The Touch is the bi-leather Birkin: exotic skin on the contact points, calfskin on the body, one bag carrying two surfaces. This 30 sets Shiny Niloticus Crocodile across the flap, handles, and sangles against a Noir Novillo body, the agate-polished scales throwing light where the matte calfskin absorbs it, so the black reads twice, once as lacquer and once as depth.
Novillo is a fine-grained calfskin, lighter than Togo at equal size and better at holding the Birkin's structure, one of the less common leathers in the current pool. The crocodile touchpoints are the parts the hand meets, which is the point of the format: the exotic where you feel it, the calfskin where the bag works. Gold hardware warms the all-black palette, and the interior is lined in matching Chèvre.
