The story behind the Birkin
Originated in 1984 from a conversation between Jane Birkin and Hermès Executive Chairman Jean-Louis Dumas; its structural lineage traces to the Haut à Courroies. Familiar sizes are 25, 30, 35 and 40 cm, alongside miniature, shoulder and travel versions, in both Retourné and Sellier construction.
Discover Hermès Birkin BagsKiwi is an electric green with a chartreuse edge, named for the fruit, and on Epsom it reads bright and crisp under palladium hardware.
The Candy Collection was a limited series of bi-color Birkins and Kellys launched in 2011, each pairing a bright exterior with a contrasting leather interior, here Vert Cypress, and it was made in several Birkin and Kelly sizes.
