The story behind the 2.55 Reissue
Coco Chanel's flap bag of February 1955, named for its month and year and closed by the rectangular Mademoiselle lock. Karl Lagerfeld reissued the original design in 2005, on its 50th anniversary, as the 2.55 Reissue.
