Payment and Shipping Policies

Matching Billing Information

For security purposes, we require that the billing information provided with your order matches the credit or debit card used for payment. We accept all major credit cards through Shop.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order has been accepted and stock confirmed, we aim to ship your order within two business days. However, if you require expedited delivery or have a specific deadline, please contact us to confirm availability and shipping timeframe. This is particularly important for last-minute gifts or urgent orders.

Payment Limits

Credit card payments are limited to a maximum amount of $50,000.00. Any purchase exceeding this amount must be paid by wire transfer. Please note that even if your payment is approved, we will not capture the payment and will cancel the hold if it exceeds the limit.

Shipping Address

Shipments will only be sent to the verified billing address associated with the credit card used for the purchase. The shipping address cannot be changed after the shipment has been sent.

Refund Policy

Please note that credit processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund being issued for the purchase.

Sanctioned Countries

We do not accept payments from sanctioned countries.
