Ligne Ulysse put a bold geometric H across the house's canvas in the 1980s, one of the few moments Hermès let pattern carry a travel piece. Here the print runs brown over natural toile, met by Marron Foncé Box calf at the handles and trim, and four decades have settled the whole into an even, appealing patina.

The 50cm HAC is trunk scale, but the toile construction keeps it notably light for the format, which is exactly what the model was built for. Gilt metal hardware marks the era, before the house's modern plating program. Turn-lock closure, front flap, and sangles complete the piece.
