Hermès HAC Birkin 32 Rouge Vif Ostrich Gold Hardware
The HAC, also known as the Haut à Courroies bag, has been a part of Hermès' production line for over a century. Originally created to hold a rider's saddle and boots, the HAC has now become a popular travel bag among Hermès enthusiasts, especially in larger sizes. However, smaller sizes like the 32cm version featured here are increasingly rare on the market, having gone out of production more than a decade ago. This particular bag is especially unique in Rouge Vif Ostrich leather, and it is adorned with gold hardware for a distinctive appearance.
Maintained in very good condition despite being produced over 25 years ago, this rare HAC Birkin is an exceptional addition to any collection. Although the exterior shows some signs of use, such as light fading, water spots, and wear on the corners, the bag's superficial scratching on the hardware and darkening on the handles are minor. Similarly, the interior has some wear and tear, but no significant flaws.

The terms refer to the tone or color of the hardware and not the actual material used. If hardware is composed of precious solid metals this will be referenced in the description.
