This Hermès Kelly 32cm bag is extremely rare and a true collector's piece, believed to be one of fewer than 10 in the world. The bag is a nod to the styles of the 1920s, when it was impossible to remove pigment from certain exotic skins, meaning that the original skin color could be seen through the finished product. Around the year 2000, Hermès revisited this process, and the resulting handbag is considered to be one of the most desired in the world, the White Himalayan. This iconic Kelly bag is made from Alligator skin and is accentuated by gold hardware. The alligator skin is identified by the square symbol next to the embossing.
